The Korea Model G20 Secretariat offers accommodation for the utmost comfort of the participants. The facility that the participants will use is the Korea University Students¡¯ Dormitory- Anam Haksa, and the accommodation fee will be 30,000 KRW.

Due to the limited capability of the dormitory, not all participants will be able to receive accommodation. In order to handle the discomfort of students who live far away, participants whose addresses are located within Seoul city are not qualified to apply. The total number of participants that will be granted accommodation will be 200 people.

Participants, who wish to receive accommodation, please check on the accommodation box when registering. The accommodation fee should be paid together with the participation fee.

The final grantees for accommodation will be announced after the early and regular registration ends. (June 1st, June 29th twice) Most importantly, the Korea Model G20 Secretariat will not provide refund for those participants who have been granted accommodation but wishes to withdraw their accommodation application due to their simple change of mind.

However, if the participant who requested accommodation has completed the final payments but was not given a place at the Korea University Dormitory, they will be given a 100% refund of 30,000 KRW. The refund will be made when the participant sends their bank account number, their name of bank, and their account owner¡¯s name to us through our official e-mail (kmun@kmun.net). When we have confirmed the information sent by the participants, we will begin our refund process immediately.
