There are three registration periods: Early, Regular and Late. Early Registration opens on 17 May 2010, and closes on 30 May 2010. Regular Registration opens on 31 May 2010 and closes on 27 June 2010. Late Registration opens on 28 June 2010 and closes on 11 July 2010. The fees for each periods are as follows.

Early Registration
If you submit your registration and pay your fee in full on or before 30 May 2010, your registration will be considered Early. The fee for Early Registration is as follows:

High School: 220,000 KRW
University: 130,000 KRW
Observer: 300,000 KRW

In addition, delegates registering Early will have priorities in country assignments.

Regular Registration
If you submit your registration and pay your fee in full on or before 27 June 2010, your registration will be considered Regular. The fee for Regular Registration is as follows:

High School: 240,000 KRW
University: 140,000 KRW
Observer: 360,000 KRW

Late Registration
If you submit your registration and pay your fee in full on or before 11 July 2010, your registration will be considered Late. The fee for Late Registration is as follows:

High School: 290,000 KRW
University: 190,000 KRW
Observer: 400,000 KRW

Registration will close at 0:00 am, 12 July, 2010. If you register, but do not pay your fee at that point, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

1) Requests for refunds must be made via official email.
2) Refunds requested on or before 27 June 2010 will be made in full, minus a 5,000 KRW processing fee.
3) Refunds requested on or before 11 July 2010 will be made in half (50%), minus a 5,000 KRW processing fee.
4) Refunds requested on or after 12 July 2010 will not be entertained.
