1. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to institute rules regarding the use of Korea Model G20: KMUN Special Session ("KMG20").

2. Validity
This agreement is valid when the prospective registrant proceeds with the registration.

3. Refund Policy
3-1) Requests for refunds must be made via official email.
3-2) Refunds requested on or before 27 June 2010 will be made in full, minus a 5,000 KRW processing fee.
3-3) Refunds requested on or before 11 July 2010 will be made in half (50%), minus a 5,000 KRW processing fee.
3-4) Refunds requested on or after 12 July 2010 will not be entertained.

4. Waiver
4-1) Participants agree to hold harmless KMG20 secretariat, Korea International Organisations Students Society, Korea University, and/or YTN.
4-2) Legal liability is hereby waived except as may be an explicit and clear fault of the KMG20 Seretariat.

1. KMG20 collects only such personal information that is necessary.

2. Information collected by KMG20 is kept electronically at the KMUN.NET database.
2-1) Printed hard copies made of any information will be destroyed at the end of the conference.

3. Information collected by KMG20 may be kept for up to 24 months.

4. Information collected by KMG20, especially personal or contact information, will never be sold or transferred to third parties.

5. The following parties have access to personal information: 5-1) KMG20 Secretariat 5-2) Korea University

6. KMG20 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in providing private information.

7. KMG20 Secretariat may allow third parties to view some personal information if necessary for the proper performance of the conference.
